Jogurt z żywymi kulturami bakterii
Mleko przegotować, poczekać aż ostygnie. Dalsza część zależy od posiadanego sprzętu - ja używam thermomixu, ale zasada jest taka, że trzeba wszystko to wymieszać i doprowadzić do temperatury ok 50 stopni (albo dodać do mleka w momencie, kiedy stygnąc osiągnie tę temperaturę), po czym sprawić, żeby wolno stygło - najlepiej pod pierzyną. Po kilku godzinach wstawić do lodówki aż się porządnie schłodzi (przez cały ten czas nie mieszać, niech siedzi spokojnie - mieszamy dopiero po schłodzeniu).
